Individual Therapy

If you’ve felt like traditional talk therapy just doesn't meet you– how you think/process/feel/express/live...
If you need a clay-like, adaptable but sturdy container to soften into as you touch into your depths…
If you are a tender heart in a tired body in a deeply hurting world… …I’m so glad you’re here.

Tending to you, together

Individual sessions offer a warm, creativity-forward space for relating, expanding, deepening, integrating, and shifting.

I strive to maintain a private pay fee structure commensurate with my experience, education, training, time, and energy in service of my personal and professional wellbeing and integrity. I offer a limited number of reduced rates for clients who hold less socioeconomic privilege. When these spots are available, I will offer them to those who need them in order for therapy to be accessible, but these are not guaranteed and I am always available to offer referrals. I do not accept insurance and have actively divested from the capitalist medicalization of the mental health industry, though I acknowledge there are benefits of insurance. Please see my Group Offerings if you want to explore more accessible and community-funded options.
